The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 244.70 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 241.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.76 per cent at Rs 458.41 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 417.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.62 per cent to Rs 172.47 crore from Rs 168.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 53.02 per cent at Rs 44.83 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 95.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.57 per cent to Rs 285.94 crore as against Rs 249.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.38 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 8.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 19.91 per cent at Rs 74.28 crore (Sep'24 Rs 92.75 crore).
