Raising of funds through issuance of equity shares of Rs.10/- each by way of Rights Issue for an amount upto Rs. 2456.40 Lakhs to the eligible equity shareholders of the company as on the record date (to be determined and notified separately) on such price and ratio as may be determined by the Board/Right Issue Committee while approving the Letter of Offer upon receipt of required approvals as per SEBI ICDR Regulations.
