The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.44 per cent at Rs 211.78 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 197.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.25 per cent to Rs 199.20 crore from Rs 185.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 67.09 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.58 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.74 per cent to Rs 12.58 crore as against Rs 11.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.13 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.78 crore
