The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.93 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.64 per cent at Rs 10.85 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.16 per cent to Rs 6.47 crore from Rs 5.57 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 23.06 per cent to Rs 4.37 crore as against Rs 5.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.12 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 65.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.71 per cent at Rs 0.97 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.40 crore).
