The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.74 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 103.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.25 per cent at Rs 37.21 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.66 per cent to Rs 29.98 crore from Rs 30.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 62.50 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 49.38 per cent to Rs 7.23 crore as against Rs 4.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 40.70 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 5.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 25.00 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.72 crore).
