The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.78 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 1.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.66 per cent at Rs 45.93 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 44.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.34 per cent to Rs 33.16 crore from Rs 31.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 43.43 per cent at Rs 2.51 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.75 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.47 per cent to Rs 12.77 crore as against Rs 12.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.97 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 6.43 per cent at Rs 3.64 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.42 crore).
