The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.58 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 36.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.37 per cent at Rs 225.70 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 182.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.45 per cent to Rs 211.75 crore from Rs 171.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.74 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.62 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.15 per cent to Rs 13.95 crore as against Rs 11.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.96 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 9.66 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.26 per cent at Rs 1.24 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.91 crore).
