The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.73 per cent at Rs 29.14 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.47 per cent to Rs 28.17 crore from Rs 24.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 139.39 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.33 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 21.77 per cent to Rs 0.97 crore as against Rs 1.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.83 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 31.25 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
