The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.02 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 91.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.69 per cent at Rs 10.25 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.63 per cent to Rs 9.61 crore from Rs 9.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 246.67 per cent at Rs -0.22 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.75 per cent to Rs 0.64 crore as against Rs 0.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.63 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 66.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.08 crore).
