The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.91 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 22.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.35 per cent at Rs 122.54 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 120.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.24 per cent to Rs 100.70 crore from Rs 93.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 8.33 per cent at Rs 1.56 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.44 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 19.07 per cent to Rs 21.85 crore as against Rs 27.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.15 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 16.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.04 per cent at Rs 1.95 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.71 crore).
