The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.29 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 37.97 per cent at Rs 241.34 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 174.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.35 per cent to Rs 223.13 crore from Rs 164.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 40.54 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.37 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 81.01 per cent to Rs 18.21 crore as against Rs 10.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 31.13 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 41.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 66.53 per cent at Rs 1.64 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.90 crore).
