The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.79 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.65 per cent at Rs 82.77 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.27 per cent to Rs 75.80 crore from Rs 73.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 126.32 per cent at Rs 0.43 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.19 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 13.22 per cent to Rs 6.96 crore as against Rs 8.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.62 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 21.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.49 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.82 per cent at Rs 0.43 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.67 crore).
