The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 48.23 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 91.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 57.26 per cent at Rs 2,149.17 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,366.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 57.82 per cent to Rs 2,112.63 crore from Rs 1,338.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 214.41 per cent at Rs 35.78 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 11.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.50 per cent to Rs 36.54 crore as against Rs 28.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.07 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 79.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 72.29 per cent at Rs 16.23 crore (Sep'24 Rs 9.42 crore).
