The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.24 per cent at Rs 29.36 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.07 per cent to Rs 24.30 crore from Rs 18.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 71.02 per cent at Rs 0.71 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 52.87 per cent to Rs 5.06 crore as against Rs 3.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.12 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 11.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.81 crore
