The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.88 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 69.93 per cent at Rs 10.30 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 34.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 72.77 per cent to Rs 8.81 crore from Rs 32.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 21.16 per cent to Rs 1.49 crore as against Rs 1.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 161.66 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 104.55 per cent y-o-y to Rs -0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 180.00 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.20 crore).
