The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 96.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 65.79 per cent at Rs 8.58 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 43.89 per cent to Rs 11.57 crore from Rs 20.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 296.34 per cent at Rs 3.25 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.82 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 167.04 per cent to Rs -2.99 crore as against Rs 4.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 296.23 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 93.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.19 crore
