The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 80.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.31 per cent at Rs 129.94 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 144.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.61 per cent to Rs 129.92 crore from Rs 139.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.50 per cent at Rs 2.76 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.86 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 99.66 per cent to Rs 0.02 crore as against Rs 5.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 99.51 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 73.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 70.76 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.71 crore).
