Globus Spirits Ltd on Thursday said its board has approved raising up to Rs 500 crore through the issuance of equity shares.
The fundraise, involving shares of face value Rs 10 each, may be carried out in one or more tranches through methods such as qualified institutional placement, preferential allotment, or private placement, the company said in a regulatory filing. The proposal is subject to necessary regulatory and shareholder approvals.
