The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.86 per cent at Rs 380.94 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 363.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.51 per cent to Rs 365.36 crore from Rs 349.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 298.48 per cent at Rs 2.63 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.66 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.06 per cent to Rs 15.58 crore as against Rs 13.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.78 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 5.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 51.14 per cent at Rs 3.99 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.64 crore).
