Amagi Media Labs Limited (the Company ) had appointed Mr. Sridhar Muthukrishnan as Company Secretary of the Company on February 26, 2025 and as Compliance Officer from April 17, 2025. He continues to be the Compliance Officer of the Company under regulation 6(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
