Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited has secured an order worth Rs 4.77 crore from Central Railway, CSMT Mumbai, Indian Railways, the company said in a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

The order involves the supply of RDSO-approved vinyl coated upholstery fabric (artificial leather) for Central Railway’s coaching stock. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is required to be executed by January 22, 2027.

As per the terms of the order, payment will be made either at 100 per cent upon inspection, delivery, acceptance of stores and issuance of CRN, or 95 per cent upon delivery against inspection certificate and acknowledged e-way challan, with the balance 5 per cent payable after acceptance of stores and issuance of CRN.

The company clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the order. It also stated that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
