The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,025.34 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1108.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.28 per cent at Rs 7,601.51 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7,289.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.19 per cent to Rs 5,997.78 crore from Rs 5,812.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.84 per cent at Rs 257.79 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 226.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.85 per cent to Rs 1,626.72 crore as against Rs 1,508.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.43 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 14.46 per cent y-o-y to Rs 28.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 4.69 per cent at Rs 389.55 crore (Dec'24 Rs 372.11 crore).
