We wish to inform you that Mr. Rahul Mitra, presently serving as Executive President - Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Nicco Parks & Resorts Limited, has been appointed as a Director of the Company and, upon such appointment, elevated and designated as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, of the company, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, i.e. 27 January, 2026, pursuant to the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and subject to requisite approvals. Consequent to the aforesaid appointment, Mr. Mitra shall cease to hold the office of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe aforesaid appointment as Managing Director & CEO, shall be for a term of three (3) years with effect from 27 January, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders and such other statutory approvals as may be required.
