The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.12 crore compared to net loss of Rs 12.16 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.96 per cent at Rs 7.35 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 55.87 per cent to Rs 6.46 crore from Rs 14.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 83.59 per cent at Rs 7.16 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.90 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 113.06 per cent to Rs 0.88 crore as against Rs -6.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 114.05 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 99.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 101.08 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Dec'24 Rs -3.70 crore).
