The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 42.24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 36.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.97 per cent at Rs 62.13 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 47.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 212.61 per cent to Rs 6.61 crore from Rs -5.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.89 per cent at Rs 6.47 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 7.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.83 per cent to Rs 55.52 crore as against Rs 52.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.56 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 21.87 per cent at Rs 14.49 crore (Dec'24 Rs 11.89 crore).
