January 29, 2026, whereby we informed that the 17th (Seventeenth) meeting of Committee of Creditors (\CoC\) of Baron Infotech Limited (Corporate Debtor) will be held on Monday, February 2, 2026 @ 4.00 pm.\r\n\r\nIt is hereby informed that the proceedings of the 17th (Seventeenth) meeting of Committee of Creditors (\CoC\) of Baron Infotech Limited (\Corporate Debtor\) as intimated was commenced at 4.21 pm on Monday, February 2, 2026 and concluded at 5.14 pm.\r\n\r\nThe resolutions have been approved/deferred as the case may be by the members of CoC in the said meeting as per the attached letter.
