The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 286.62 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 408.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.90 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.74 per cent at Rs 1,860.34 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,182.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.20 per cent to Rs 539.35 crore from Rs 538.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.87 per cent at Rs 572.50 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 521.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 19.64 per cent to Rs 1,320.99 crore as against Rs 1,643.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.73 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 13.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,211.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 19.24 per cent at Rs 153.91 crore (Dec'24 Rs 190.58 crore).
