The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.75 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 64.62 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.00 per cent at Rs 919.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 799.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.02 per cent to Rs 783.92 crore from Rs 669.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 147.16 per cent at Rs 6.97 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.82 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.57 per cent to Rs 135.74 crore as against Rs 129.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.06 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 75.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 79.63 per cent at Rs 1.64 crore (Dec'24 Rs 8.05 crore).
