The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.87 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 78.47 per cent at Rs 284.00 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 159.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 82.01 per cent to Rs 258.65 crore from Rs 142.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 47.67 per cent at Rs 6.30 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 12.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 48.88 per cent to Rs 25.34 crore as against Rs 17.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.64 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 139.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.90 crore, while Taxation increased by 26.54 per cent at Rs 4.53 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.58 crore).
