The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 259.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 53.64 per cent at Rs 227.04 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 147.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 50.76 per cent to Rs 206.60 crore from Rs 137.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 70.44 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 90.49 per cent to Rs 20.44 crore as against Rs 10.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 23.97 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 5.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 90.32 per cent at Rs 3.54 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.86 crore).
