The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.41 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 110.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.06 per cent at Rs 61.05 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 59.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.64 per cent to Rs 48.20 crore from Rs 53.34 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 5.68 per cent at Rs 2.99 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 117.97 per cent to Rs 12.86 crore as against Rs 5.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 111.45 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 89.36 per cent at Rs 2.67 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.41 crore).
