The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.54 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 52.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.66 per cent at Rs 91.25 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 91.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.08 per cent to Rs 67.90 crore from Rs 62.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 240.30 per cent at Rs 4.56 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.34 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 21.18 per cent to Rs 23.34 crore as against Rs 29.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.66 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 46.34 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 32.81 per cent at Rs 0.86 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.28 crore).
