The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.49 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 59.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 64.81 per cent at Rs 22.15 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 85.39 per cent to Rs 21.45 crore from Rs 11.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.74 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.23 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 62.03 per cent to Rs 0.71 crore as against Rs 1.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 77.03 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 69.57 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.69 crore).
