The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 27.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 340.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 296.19 per cent at Rs 147.50 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 37.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 266.84 per cent to Rs 98.13 crore from Rs 26.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 400.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 371.18 per cent to Rs 49.38 crore as against Rs 10.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.93 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 495.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 426.54 per cent at Rs 11.11 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.11 crore).
