The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.31 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 353.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 952.43 per cent at Rs 21.68 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1886.73 per cent to Rs 22.45 crore from Rs 1.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 453.66 per cent at Rs 6.81 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.23 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 182.80 per cent to Rs -0.77 crore as against Rs 0.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 107.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 1066.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 357.89 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.19 crore).
