The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.54 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.25 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.06 per cent at Rs 66.46 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 57.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.00 per cent to Rs 58.10 crore from Rs 50.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 78.13 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.33 per cent to Rs 8.35 crore as against Rs 7.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.32 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 27.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 1240.00 per cent at Rs 1.71 crore (Dec'24 Rs -0.15 crore).
