The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.83 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.79 per cent at Rs 115.20 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 117.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.82 per cent to Rs 110.76 crore from Rs 112.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 42.86 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.11 per cent to Rs 4.44 crore as against Rs 4.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.52 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 44.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 13.10 per cent at Rs 0.95 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.84 crore).
