The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 27.78 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 27.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.33 per cent at Rs 486.48 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 425.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.69 per cent to Rs 426.82 crore from Rs 378.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.21 per cent at Rs 13.75 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 12.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.61 per cent to Rs 59.66 crore as against Rs 46.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.56 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 67.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.60 per cent at Rs 8.38 crore (Dec'24 Rs 10.17 crore).
