The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.46 per cent at Rs 174.17 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 156.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.46 per cent to Rs 149.15 crore from Rs 133.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 54.04 per cent at Rs 2.90 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 6.31 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.45 per cent to Rs 25.02 crore as against Rs 22.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.00 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 26.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.00 per cent at Rs 5.17 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.33 crore).
