The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.41 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.33 per cent at Rs 24.70 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 43.65 per cent to Rs 19.71 crore from Rs 34.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 32.22 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.90 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.91 per cent to Rs 4.99 crore as against Rs 5.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 43.54 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 5.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.85 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.45 crore).
