The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.86 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.41 per cent at Rs 107.12 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.17 per cent to Rs 101.23 crore from Rs 93.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 25.36 per cent at Rs 2.09 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 71.22 per cent to Rs 5.89 crore as against Rs 3.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 55.37 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 1.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.92 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.07 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.56 crore).
