The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 35.94 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 29.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.03 per cent at Rs 430.99 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 395.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.78 per cent to Rs 379.91 crore from Rs 355.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 76.26 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 29.26 per cent to Rs 51.07 crore as against Rs 39.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.62 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 28.14 per cent at Rs 12.43 crore (Dec'24 Rs 9.70 crore).
