The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.88 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.91 per cent at Rs 175.10 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 152.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.77 per cent to Rs 161.20 crore from Rs 140.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 45.16 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.31 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.61 per cent to Rs 13.90 crore as against Rs 11.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.53 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.47 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 101.70 per cent at Rs 3.55 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.76 crore).
