The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.98 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.17 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 41.48 per cent at Rs 4.36 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.96 per cent to Rs 5.71 crore from Rs 8.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 95.58 per cent at Rs 3.54 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 64.63 per cent to Rs -1.35 crore as against Rs -0.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 180.90 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore, while Taxation decreased by 800.00 per cent at Rs -0.07 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
