The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 90.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.17 per cent at Rs 78.11 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 73.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.84 per cent to Rs 74.20 crore from Rs 65.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3118.18 per cent at Rs 3.54 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 53.40 per cent to Rs 3.91 crore as against Rs 8.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 56.05 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 4.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.67 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.72 crore).
