The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 80.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.49 per cent at Rs 40.18 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 38.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.90 per cent to Rs 36.87 crore from Rs 34.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 84.44 per cent at Rs 0.83 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.31 per cent to Rs 3.31 crore as against Rs 3.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.90 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 24.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.56 crore
