February 9, 2026, whereby, we informed BSE Limited that the 18th meeting of Committee of Creditors (\CoC\) of Baron Infotech Limited (Corporate Debtor) will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026 @ 5.00 pm.\r\n\r\nIt is hereby informed that the proceedings of the 18th meeting of Committee of Creditors (\CoC\) of Baron Infotech Limited (Corporate Debtor) as intimated was commenced at 5.00 pm on Friday, February 13, 2026, adjourned to 6.18 pm and concluded at 6.29 pm.\r\n\r\nThe resolutions have been approved / deferred as the case may be by the members of CoC in the said meeting as per the attachment.
