The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.01 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.74 per cent at Rs 55.37 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.58 per cent to Rs 14.71 crore from Rs 10.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 94.87 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.82 per cent to Rs 41.21 crore as against Rs 32.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.68 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 32.01 per cent y-o-y to Rs 31.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 11.16 per cent at Rs 2.39 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.15 crore).
