The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 29.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 20.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 46.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.30 per cent at Rs 34.61 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.70 per cent to Rs 29.26 crore from Rs 25.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 22.07 per cent at Rs 35.57 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 29.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 723.08 per cent to Rs 5.35 crore as against Rs 0.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 523.39 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 26.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.21 per cent at Rs 8.83 crore (Dec'24 Rs 7.47 crore).
