The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 68.90 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 56.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 22.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.68 per cent at Rs 903.48 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 774.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.43 per cent to Rs 789.19 crore from Rs 677.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 65.84 per cent at Rs 0.96 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 18.42 per cent to Rs 114.29 crore as against Rs 96.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.52 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 55.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.82 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.79 per cent at Rs 23.31 crore (Dec'24 Rs 19.14 crore).
